Scope of services

The service is operated by Pizza Modena, s.r.o., Holečkova 789/49, 150 00 Prague 5, Company ID: 03810992. We produce and deliver pizza, pasta, salads and drinks in Prague 8 and 9.

 

Orders and payment

Orders placed via www.pizzamodena.cz will be delivered on the date and at the time you select. You may pay in cash, by card, or with Sodexo, Ticket Restaurant or Cheque Dejeuner meal vouchers. Please count your change immediately after payment; later claims will not be accepted. Packaging costs CZK 10 per item and is added separately in the cart.

Some products may be temporarily unavailable; in that case we will offer a substitute. Alcoholic drinks are sold only to persons aged 18 or over. Drinks alone are not delivered.

 

Delivery

Your order will be delivered as soon as possible, and no later than 70 minutes after ordering.

 

Opening hours

Our restaurants are open daily from 11:00 to 21:00. Deliveries are available daily from 12:10 to 21:00. The last delivery order can be placed by 20:00. For pickup, orders are accepted until 20:30.

 

Personal data

By placing an order you agree to receive marketing communications by email, SMS or phone. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Under Czech fiscal law, the seller must issue a receipt and register the sale online with the tax authority, or within 48 hours in case of a technical outage.
